Maxime Guérineau, the creative expert
16 years spent creating new communication tools for brands and retailers. Maxime can help you create POSM On and OFF TRADE, communication campaigns (advertising, radio, publishing...) and events (PR, digital, community management...). His aim: to help you stand out from the crowd and stand out on the shelves thanks to his creativity.
Maxime is a partner in La Meute, a retail design agency, and in VonDog, a communications agency dedicated to the foodservice industry.
Maxime is a teacher in Lille and an instructor in Rennes.
Originally from Bordeaux on his mother's side and Muscadet on his father's, Maxime is a true lover of the product and its promotion.
Florence de Pontac, Project management expert
For more than 15 years, Florence has worked with national and international brands, mainly in the retail sector, on their strategic marketing and communications projects for Paris-based advertising agencies.
Then she spent more than 12 years in the Pacific living something else.
Now an entrepreneur, she has set up an online concept store and a publishing house, while continuing to advise and help small businesses and artists to develop with a more personalized, tailored and global vision.

William Lafarge, the communications expert
With his business school diploma in hand, complemented by the artistic fibre he'd developed since childhood, William began his career in a Parisian design agency dedicated to luxury and beauty in the 90s, at the height of the digital revolution.
A few years later, he created his first communications agency, which also led him to rapidly expand internationally: in Canada, Egypt, Italy and China, working on large-scale retail/entertainment/hotellerie projects.
At the same time, in 2009, he co-founded two entrepreneurial ventures, one in Canada in the Beauty/Esthetic Clinics sector (Functionalab Group) and the other in France, a restaurant chain (Factory & Co), where he managed the MarkCom/Digital strategy and Art Direction for both brands.
